Shipping policy

We ship our products via Canada Post. We are not responsible for any additional costs (taxes, duties, etc.) once the package has been shipped.

We will do our best to get orders out the door as quickly as possible (usually the same day if ordered before noon EST). Sometimes delays may occur (we have a small staff), but they will get out the door and on their way to you as quickly as we can. 

If one of the items is a pre-order, we would normally wait until all items are in stock before sending it out to you. If you'd prefer us to send out the available items right away, we can do so; in this case there will be an additional charge when we send out the preordered item.
